As the Warehouse and Receiving Manager reporting to the Corporate Logistics and Distribution Director, you are the driving force in meeting tight deadlines and ensuring materials are received and accounted for. As a skilled communicator and leader, you will thrive in managing and supporting the CBN Manufacturing Floor and ultimately our external customers. As a Warehouse and Receiving Manager, you will leverage data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies.

What will you do?

  • Supervise, guide and develop employees (union and non-union) within the CBN Logistics Department;
  • Identifying, managing and ensuring optimal staffing levels to support operational excellence;
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Legal, Inventory Management, Logistics Manager, Sales, Security, Production and our customers to ensure safe, secure and timely delivery of properties at all times;
  • Evaluate current warehousing processes to determine inventory locations and understand the capacity constraints of our products;
  • Maintain accurate inventory at on-site and off-site warehouse locations;
  • Creating monthly/quarterly/annual reports for internal and external customers when necessary
  • Inventory management of raw materials by providing daily troubleshooting, reporting and audits;

What Will Help You Be Successful?
Our ideal candidate has some knowledge of printing processes and a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Previous audit experience is an asset;
  • Previous experience in receiving, inventory and warehouse management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • A degree in materials management or related field is an asset;
  • Certified or working towards logistics and supply chain management is an asset

Mandatory Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Secret (Level II) clearance.
