People we are looking for: Machine Operators
We are looking for machine operators who preferably work or have worked in medium/heavy manufacturing in a cable production facility. Must be accustomed to working 12-hour rotating shifts and be available to work overtime.
Overview:
Machine Operators are responsible for complying with instructions and established safety requirements for operating equipment used in various stages of the cable manufacturing process. Operators must be able to meet efficiency requirements and create products that meet quality standards.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $22.99 with bonuses and rising to $33.80 with bonuses
  • Pension Plan with Company Matching up to 6%

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Experience working in manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Adequate Maths and English skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be able to work required hours as scheduled.

Working Environment:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent walking, standing, squatting and reaching required
