Key Points for Delivery Driver Position from A to Z:
- Pay: Average $30-$35/hour in the first year!
- Shift: Evening Shifts: 16:00 – 19:00 Start and Day Shifts: 03:00 – 05:00 Start Available
- Location: Milton, ON
- Pay after 3 months for performance incentive program
- 4-day work week with overtime opportunities (if applicable)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Ability:
- Valid Class 1/AZ driver’s license with clean commercial driving summary
- Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift, stack, pull and carry heavy items (up to 90 lbs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills with fluent English
- Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate in a variety of weather, temperature and road conditions
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional service to establish and maintain quality customer relationships
- Manually sorting and unloading food products and manually transporting them to customer locations using ramps and sometimes ladders (approximately 600 – 1000 cases/shift)
- Driving a straight truck or trailer safely and professionally to transport goods and materials on urban, interurban and rural roads
- Performing routine pre/post trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, temperature logs, count sheets and incident reporting
- Verifying product delivery at the customer location and storing customer invoices
