We also farm in Downsview Park, where we also run a farmer incubation program.

We are looking for Part Time Delivery Drivers at our 19 Waterman Avenue location (East York).

What you will do:
- As a driver, you are the face of our company to our customers. You will experience the distinct pleasure of delivering baskets of carefully selected organic products to houses and apartments around the GTA. It’s a challenging job, but a great position for the right candidate. Read on to see if you qualify.
- Follow the most convenient prescribed routes for delivery
- Deliver customer food orders to multiple addresses as assigned throughout the GTA.
- Loading, transporting and delivering products to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Weight capacity for meal orders varies (approximately 10-40 pounds per box).
- Inspect, operate and maintain the vehicle and its cleanliness.
What you will bring to the table:
- We’re passionate about our mission to build a better local food community
- Valid driver’s license (regular class G licence) and an excellent driving record (clean Driver Summary) Ability to consistently work quickly without supervision
- Have previous delivery driver experience
- Be physically fit and enjoy being active
- Can lift 10 – 40 lb boxes (filled with delicious organic produce)
- Self-directed: Able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision (and within time limits)

- Always reliable and punctual
- Interest/knowledge about food is an asset
- Positive, proactive and enjoys challenges

Hour:
Start time is usually noon (this can vary between 11:00 and 13:30 depending on the time of year and day). Our drivers usually finish work between 21.00-21.30 (deliveries are usually made before 20.00). Weekends may also be required.
