We are looking for someone who will bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the work they do. Someone who has a deep passion for listening and truly wants to help everyone he comes into contact with. This role is rapidly evolving and the environment is constantly changing. When recommending our products and services to our customers, you will need to ask the right questions to unlock appropriate solutions. You will foster collaboration between your team and other departments to help us work efficiently and deliver first-class customer service.

What will you do

Our customers come first and inspire everything we do. As part of our team, you will provide world-class customer service by connecting with our customers, analyzing their needs, and providing customized solutions. You will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you have all the skills necessary to navigate our systems to find the most suitable solutions and/or products for our customers. We’re there when our clients need us, so you have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule. You will talk to different people from all over Canada.

Who are you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of client interaction in a professional role, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Expert in communication and listening
  • A good command of English is required as this role requires regular communication in English with customers and/or team members in other provinces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Navigate multiple computer systems
  • multitasking

We have a friendly culture from a distance. In this role, you will work from home permanently as long as you meet our requirements, including but not limited to a quiet workspace and required internet bandwidth.
