Order Picking Team:
Pivot aims to add reliable and enthusiastic members to our Order Picking/Packing Team who are comfortable working independently while communicating with our Operations Specialist Team to select and prepare selected orders for delivery. This position is a permanent, part-time job offering on-call, morning, afternoon, evening, week and weekend shifts ranging from 12-32 hours per week depending on client demand. Order Picker position starts at $17/hour.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Proficient with technology, using apps and browsers to complete shift tasks and communicate with our Operations Team
- Strong communication skills, comfortable communication via instant message, phone call and video chat with telepresence robots to keep our Operations Team informed during your shifts
- Strong organizational skills ensuring products are appropriately prepared and packaged in colour-matched delivery bags for our Courier Team
- Enjoys physical activities such as standing, walking, squatting, as well as comfortably lifting and carrying 5-50 lbs.
- Great attention to detail is paid, ensuring new, returned and restocked items are placed in the correct compartments
- Focus on cleanliness, keep workstations storage safe and tidy
