Responsibilities:

Prepare, weigh and process raw ingredients according to recipe, including dry ingredients, flavorings and frozen fruit
Mix raw materials according to recipe using automatic equipment
Ensuring the production flow for filling the final product into boxes
Clean and sterilized boxes for use in production
Ensure batch numbers and quantities are recorded accurately, maintaining traceability for all raw materials and ingredients weighed
Comply with Health and Safety and Food Safety and Quality policies, standards and procedures.
Maintain safe and clean working environment; follow the field checklist for sanitation requirements
It may be necessary to train new or transferred employees
Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food industry environment considered an asset
Must be able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
work effectively both independently and within a team
Must have safety and quality awareness
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs; Must be able to stand, bend, lift, bend and
rotate for a long time in a humid environment
Must be available for rotating shifts and holidays as needed
