Timber Framer/Carpenter – As our Timber Framer, you will depart from our factory and construct/frame prefabricated components, finish and package timber products, ensuring the highest quality control standards are adhered to at every step of the process. You will need to be in constant communication with the Production Manager about which project needs to be completed next and coordinate the daily workload with your colleagues. You will also contribute to the most efficient regulation of material flow in current and future projects. Finishing the connection details in the wood with hand and electric tools, testing the connections, checking the wood sections and checking whether the wood complies with the quality and visual qualities are an important part of the job. Some of your other job duties and responsibilities include sanding, staining and end-sealing lumber, packing and shipping wood framing and material packages, cleaning work areas, machinery or equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment and assisting with wood framing upgrades. and material package installations at various field locations. You can also go to the facility to complete repairs.

General Laborer – Our general laborer performs manual labor tasks and supports operations in the factory. One of the worker’s most important general responsibilities is sanding and packaging materials. You will also be responsible for keeping the site clean and safe. You will also use power tools and materials (such as saws and drills). We want you to have endurance and the ability to lift heavy loads. You must be able to concentrate on carrying out your duties and adhere to safety rules.
