Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to report to the Customer Service Manager at our Brampton location. This role will provide professional consulting services directly to our key customers on a wide range of sales and service issues to optimize both sales and customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

    • Ensure flawless execution every day and leverage all strategic sales tools to maximize every order
    • Work in partnership with the customer to understand their business and KPIs, identify opportunities and deliver business solutions that meet their changing needs (order cycle optimization and Logistics Trade Terms Compliance)
    • Act as the client’s key contact for all cash transactions and drive the client’s agenda in team meetings.
    • Resolve issues and problems that arise in the daily processing and management of customer orders.
    • Maximize GLOBE functionality and best practices
    • Arrange for receipt and delivery of stock transfers as approved by sales.
    • Regularly review all aspects of the Sales Order cycle and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that situations that exceed the normal tolerance levels specified in the Terms and Conditions document are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.

    • Possess a university or college degree in a business-related discipline (such as supply chain or business management) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      Ideally have some Call Center experience
    • Ability to demonstrate professional and concise communication with key internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to apply perspective, pragmatism and maintain composure under pressure.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
