Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) began using a new online system in January 2015 to accommodate permanent residence requests under some economic programs. The name of this new system is “Express Entry”.
The purpose of the Express Entry system is to speed up the time it takes to process applications so that CIC can find the best immigrants.
If you want to apply for permanent residence through one of these programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
This program is looking for people with specific work experience and skills. To apply for this program, you must also plan to live somewhere outside Quebec. Read more about the Federal Skilled Worker Program Here.
Canadian Experience Class

for skilled workers skilled in a skilled trade
Especially Some Provincial Candidate Programs
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) has different streams and requirements for each province and territory. If you are selected by one of these programs, you can use the Express Entry System to speed up the way your file is processed.
You will be able to use the new system for fast login.
With the Express Entry System, the applicant must create his or her electronic profile and send it to the CIC. ImmigCanada can guide you through this process and help you submit the best profile for you.
CIC will then compare and rank your profile with the profiles of other applicants. Your grade and rank will be determined by:
Language skills (English and/or French), education, work experience, and other things proven to help newcomers succeed in Canada.
Only people with the best profile will be asked to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
Note: Filling out the online Express Entry profile or entering the pool does not guarantee that you will receive an Invitation to apply for permanent residence.
The government’s goal is to process most permanent residence requests in less than six months. (This period begins with the receipt of the complete application and ends with the final decision on your permanent residence application.)
If your profile is one of the best and you have been invited to apply for permanent residence, ImmigCanada will help you prepare this application and submit it to CIC step by step.
