Full Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, preferably experienced taxi driver to join our company. Taxi driver responsibilities include collecting customers, transporting them to their destinations, and processing payments. You should also ensure that every journey is safe and enjoyable.

To be successful as a taxi driver, you must be punctual, reliable and excellent at time management. An outstanding taxi driver will ensure that the vehicle remains clean and well-maintained.

Taxi Driver Responsibilities:

-Collecting customers at the beginning of their journey.
-Assist customers in loading and unloading their luggage and other personal belongings when necessary. (preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided)
-Choosing the fastest route to the customer’s destination unless otherwise requested.
-To direct customers to their destination.
-Obeying the rules of the road.
-Ensuring customers stay safe throughout the journey.
– Processing cash payments, ensuring you always carry enough change.
-Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and in perfect working order.

Taxi Driver Requirements:

Valid G driver’s license.
Clear your criminal record.
Previous experience in a similar position. (useful but not necessary)
Familiarity with GPS software.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Superior interpersonal skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
