Full Job Description
Legend Boats offers year-round full-time production positions for highly motivated, mechanically inclined team members with hands-on experience operating power and hand tools to join our team
Salary: $20 – $28 per hour depending on skill set, with potential for additional
earning and advancement opportunities.

• Someone with a strong work ethic who can work as a team member to achieve quality and production goals.
• Physically skilled at manual tasks involving lifting, bending and reaching
• You can work comfortably on your feet most of the day
• Experienced with basic power tools and able to follow instructions
• Ability to read and understand production documentation and safety information
• Motivated and self-starter

What will you do

• Wholesale built side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats and pontoons
• Standard equipment on all models for Legend Factory Stores
• Retail fitment for Legend Factory Stores is on schedule, typically from April to August of each year
• Perform body repairs as requested
• Make any necessary repairs/adjustments before delivery
• Identify and perform warranty work from the factory
• Understand managers’ instructions and customer expectations
• Maintain high quality level
• Work safely and keep the area clean, lead by example
• Assist with the set up and tear down of boat shows (Local) as needed
• Work with retail and service departments to meet and achieve targets
• Seasonal services and stretch packaging
• preparation for winter
• Assist in performing body swaps as required to ensure workflow continues efficiently on the shop floor
